Claudio Duarte is the owner and lead builder of CMDJ Construction, bringing over nine years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Known for his attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to quality, Claudio takes pride in building homes that are both functional and beautifully crafted.

 

He believes clear communication and trust are just as important as solid construction, and he works closely with clients from concept to completion to ensure every project reflects their vision.

 

Claudio is married and a proud father of two boys, which fuels his passion for building safe, lasting homes for families. When he’s not on the job site, he values time with his family and staying rooted in the community he serves.
